I am available for workout fitness & planning designed specifically for your needs, based on your resources, your tools, your time limitations, and your desired level of intensity.
Rate: $225 for (10) 30-minute Skype or telephone consultation/sessions. One session per week for 10 weeks. These sessions can be on a fixed or on an adjustable schedule.
The initial consultation is free. I will use this complimentary half-hour to help you identify and establish your goals, your time frame, and the resources you have available with regard to equipment, gym access, etc.
Once these are established, I will design program(s) based on those goals, those resources, and within the appropriate time frame.
I will support these programs with weekly consultations. I will provide youtube videos on the same or similar equipment that you will be using so you can understand the proper form and technique the exercises involved.
This also includes unlimited support via email. I will respond to all eating and exercise questions you have on a daily basis. I may not always have the answers, but will attempt to provide them as promptly as possible.
