A Walk To Forget…

I walk in Nature for at least one hour every day. Partly for my health, partly as a way to gather my thoughts for the essays I write, but mostly because it keeps me from killing people.


There is no shortage of data that suggests walking in nature, whatever else it might do for your health, soothes a chaotic mind.
